Lecture 2017

  • What competencies do our children need to be a New Success in the 21st Century, in work and in life?
  • How does education have to change if everyone is to have the chance in succeeding in whatever they are passionate about?
  • What will the New Success look like?

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Charles Fadel, global education thought leader, when he addresses these big questions at the second Australian Learning Lecture, The New Success, on 11 May 2017 at the Melbourne Exhibition and Exhibition Centre.

Charles Fadel is best known as the pioneer of the idea of 21st Century Skills.  He is the Founder of the Center for Curriculum Redesign and Chairs the Education Committee advising the OECD

Jennifer Westacott, Chair of the Business Council of Australia, will introduce the Lecture and discuss why the New Success matters for the economic and social wellbeing of Australia.
